Teletherapy. What is it?

Teletherapy is a virtual way of meeting and conducting a therapy session. Virtual sessions are a highly effective means of therapy which, as research supports, contribute to positive outcomes for clients. This format also has the added benefit of scheduling and location flexibility.

Cost & Insurance

Affordability is an essential factor in the sustainability of therapy. Currently, Blue Hours supports credit/debit cards and HSA's. To further support the affordability of services, Blue hours can:

  • Provide SuperBill's for client's to submit for insurance reimbursement

  • Offer sliding scale on a limited basis.

  • Discuss individualized plans to related to a client's financial circumstances.
